I have been interested in photography since my early years. My first    camera was a Kodak box camera that used 126 film. Lord knows where the pictures and negatives I took are today, but it'd be great to see them now.

I spent 10 years in the US Navy and had a lot of experience in photography while stationed on the USS Simon Lake in Rota Spain.

I worked part time in the photo lab mostly doing black and white darkroom work.

After the Navy I went on to other work but kept my love for taking photos.

I retired in 2002 and went to school to study photography at the New Hampshire Institute of Art , in Manchester NH where I learned to use all of the modern methods and techniques of digital and film photography. I also learned how to properly use digital and film cameras, lenses, studio lighting, Adobe Photoshop photograph editing and enhancing software, view cameras. and the techniques of shooting landscape photography. It was a wonderful experience and enlightening as well.

I have had a couple of my photos published in a book entitled "From York to the Allagash Forest Fire Lookouts of Maine" by David N.Hilton(deceased).

I use Nikon cameras for both digital and film photography.

I love using my cameras to seek out nature, family, and wildlife and bring it to life in all it's beauty.

Thanks for coming, enjoy your visit!

Welcome back everyone. We had to shut this down due to $$$ issues, but things have improved, and now we can get rolling once again.
You will eventually be seeing new photos, and even a "My Family" page on this site. I want people to know my family and who they are, what they do and what keeps me busy.
As Spring approaches I'll be getting ready to find trees sprouting leaf buds, and flowers beginning to open theirlittle eyes to the warmer weather. I can not wait.
Even though I love Winter this Winter has not been good to me at all. No more on that! It's time to get to work and get ready to rock and roll.
